These terms govern your use of Pin Seeker on the web, iOS, iMessage, and connected agents such as Muse. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pin Seeker.

The service

Pin Seeker searches public tee time inventory from a natural-language request and shows ranked times with prices and booking links. It does not book, hold, reserve, or pay. Opening a booking link takes you to a course website or GolfNow. A time is not reserved until you complete checkout there, under that site’s own terms.

Accounts

You can search without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for that account and for activity under it. We may close an account that we believe is being abused.

Acceptable use

• Use Pin Seeker to look for tee times for yourself or people you are planning a round with.
• Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate a course’s or provider’s rules.
• Do not submit someone else’s personal information in a search unless you have a reason to plan a round with them.

Inventory and prices

Times, prices, and availability come from third parties and can change or be wrong. We do not guarantee that a listed time is still open, that the price will match checkout, or that every U.S. course is covered.

Privacy

How we handle search and account information is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

Pin Seeker is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that search will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed rounds, sold-out times, booking-site charges, or other damages that arise from using the service or a booking link.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
